What are your sizes?
XSmall- Up to 13”
Small- Up to 14”
Medium-Up to 16”
Large- Up to 18”
XLarge- Up to 20”
XXLarge- Up to 22”
XXXLarge-Up to 24”
Bandana should lay gently against your pets neck. If your pet is between sizes or fluffy, please size up. Any questions, please contact us pupteam@sweetpawsshop.com. We will be happy to assist you!
When will I receive my order?
Each bandana is handmade just for your pup! Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.
We use both USPS and UPS. Currently, shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to unprecedented shipping volumes.
Our best guidance is around 3-5 days shipping time, excluding holidays. We currently ship to the U.S. only.
How do I care for my bandanas and toys?
Bandana- We recommend spot cleaning or hand-washing bandana, laying out to dry. Warm iron may be used, avoiding snaps and tags.
Toys- Please follow manufacturer recommendations and monitor your pets while using toys. Discontinue usage if any damage occurs.
Where are your products made?
We hand-craft every bandana in our Indiana shop. We use 100% cotton fabrics, many are eco-friendly. We source box items from high quality companies and try to support other small businesses in the U.S. whenever possible. We only choose treats that are made in the USA.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your products and we stand behind the quality of every item we make. If something does not meet your expectation or you need make an exchange, please contact us so that we can make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless an incorrect item or damaged item was sent, in which case we will send a complimentary return label.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or personalized/custom items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
